While volunteering at a local food bank we became overwhelmed by seeing the amount of food insecurity and poverty in the community. We decided to try do something about it. We wanted to start a business that gives back to the team members of the business which includes our customers, co-workers, vendors and community.
We believe a business needs to be about more than profit which is why we employ all of these methods to give back to out community.

- We work and volunteer with non-profit organizations that benefit society such as Central City Concerns, The Portland Mercado, The Oregon Food Bank and others.
- We employ people overcoming adversity who have the motivation to work, but lack opportunity for employment.

Q. How long will my caramel corn last?
A. We hand make every batch to order and don't add any additional preservatives so we recommend consuming
your caramel corn within two weeks of receiving it for best results. If you have found that your caramel corn has lost it's
crispiness you can heat it in a baking or foil pan that's coated with cooking oil spray at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. In most
cases this will return your caramel corn to its original glory.
A. We strive to use the freshest and most wholesome ingredients available. We source as many of our ingredients
as possible from local providers and we never cut corner's by using imitation products. We work hard to keep our ingredient labels
short and chemical free. We make each batch fresh to order so that it doesn't require preservatives or other chemicals to improve
shelf life. A few examples of our premium ingredients include gluten free Hershey's Butterscotch Morsels, Real Maple Syrup, All-Natural
Peanut Butter, Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Coconut flakes and that is just the beginning. We always choose to put quality at the top of
our ingredients list!
Q. How should my caramel corn be stored?
A. All varieties are best stored in a cool, dry area.
Q. Is there anything I can do to for crispier caramel corn?
A. Moisture is the enemy of crispy so if your caramel corn becomes (or arrives) chewier than you like, you
can place the caramel corn in any oil or butter lined pan in the oven at 250 degrees. The longer you leave it, generally the crispier
it will be. We recommend 15 - 30 minutes if stirred every 15 minutes. Once it cools completely it should gain (or re-gain) the

A. Absolutely! We want to make sure that you are 100% happy with every bite of your caramel corn. If
